About Us

Beach Software is the trading name of Ben Wheeler and was established as a web design business many years ago creating websites and desktop software solutions for friends and acquaintances. We grew and started assisting charities and amateur groups with their websites. Beach Software then started creating websites for a selection of small businesses.

Beach Software has also created bespoke Intranet applications, Windows desktop software, undertaken small office networking and IT setup, although the majority of our work is always web design.

Beach Software is now growing at a steady rate, attracting more business in the small to medium sized business sector and we feel this is because of two main reasons:

1) How we do business

Beach Software have a very open policy about everything we do from pricing to support and everything in between. We operate differently from other 'for profit' businesses, maximising revenue is not what we are about! We operate for the benefit of our customers and make our business decisions from their perspective. So long as we are comfortably in 'the black' then we're happy.

2) How we run our business

Beach Software is a small business and we want to keep it that way. Beach Software doesn't want to be bigger than we need to be. Beach Software doesn't want lots of departments like Business Development and Marketing. Beach Software doesn't want team building exercises and motivational meetings, we want to be motivated by providing a good service. Beach Software doesn't want to be overly complex - we want to keep it simple!
